The Nigerian Aircraft Acquisition and Investment Summit (NAAIS) is a high-level, transaction-oriented platform created to accelerate aircraft acquisition pathways and attract scalable investment into Nigeria’s aviation value chain. With growing demand for air transport, cargo expansion opportunities, and strategic regional connectivity needs, the sector now requires a new “confidence architecture”; one that can translate Nigeria’s market potential into bankable transactions, investable infrastructure pipelines, and credible risk frameworks that global capital can price competitively.
This Summit is built on a practical deal-chain logic: aircraft acquisition and aviation investment are not unlocked by speeches alone; they are unlocked when regulatory clarity, credit enhancement mechanisms, FX and repatriation confidence, insurance/reinsurance capacity, and standardized transaction documentation converge around credible counterparties.
The Summit therefore convenes the complete ecosystem, government and regulators, financiers and DFIs, insurers and reinsurers, lessors, OEM ecosystem partners, and operators around structured technical outputs and controlled deal-making sessions.
Unlike conventional conferences, the Summit is designed with defined deliverables:
Proposed to hold on April 1–2, 2026 at Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, the Summit prioritizes globally respected session formats: two technical papers, carefully curated panels, and Deal Rooms that produce draft term sheets/MOUs where appropriate.
Day 2 begins with an Afreximbank presentation to kickstart a practical conversation on profitable and guaranteed leasing models across Africa, followed by focused breakouts and deal closing. The Summit ultimately aims to unlock a credible, repeatable pathway for aircraft acquisition and investment inflows, strengthening sector resilience, affordability, safety, and growth.
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. Don’t miss out!
